Small business health plans

Businesses of all sizes are looking forward to the scheduled 2014 launch of the fully operational national health insurance exchange that will allow employees to select their own employer-provided health plan without any effort on the part of the employer. Until then, we can mimmick the same design by combining different types of health insurance with consumer-driven options like Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Health Savings Accounts into a single employer-sponsored health plan. These customized beenfit plans can raise employee satisfaction while controlling employer cost.

Our small business health plans allows the employer to specify their financial contribution to employee health benefits first and then allows employees to choose any combination of benefits or insurance that best suits their own needs. Employees may change selections as often as allowed by law or the insurance plan, Combined with professional support for employees and automatically generated compliance reports for the business, this is essentially a turn-key health plans as enjoyed by much larger firms with a large employee benefit department.

We serve clients ranging from part time consultants to firms with significant personnel and payroll challenges.
