Private personal information - Freedom Benefits does not
request, collect, retain or distribute private personal information
as part of our regular business procedures. Our role is
limited to providing enrollment advice and this service
is normally be provided without access to private
personal information. We may occasionally receive
private personal information incidental to the conduct
of our business. "Private personal information" is
defined as the combination of an individual's name with
at least one of the following: 1) social security
number, 2) credit card information or 3) financial
account information. In the event that we do

information incidentally in the course of providing our service, this

Affiliated company privacy policies - Each of the independent insurance companies or plan administrators listed on our Website has its own privacy policy for handling data in its operations which, in general, are far more extensive than the procedures and policies at Freedom Benefits. We encourage users to be aware of the privacy policies of each company providing a service.
Experience and track record - We have not received any customer complaints or any report of customer concerns regarding the online privacy procedures or security issues with regard to Freedom Benefits, OnlineAdviser or any of the independent companies listed on this Website. Given this record of experience dating back to 1997, we have no reason to believe that any material weakness in the privacy policy or procedures exists in our operations or those of any affiliated company.
