Insurance Company of America has a new executive leader. Robert P. Mulligan was named president and chief executive officer of Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America and Renaissance Health Insurance Company of New York.
Mulligan was previously regional vice president, dental market solutions, for UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits, where he held several senior-level positions. He has also previously worked for Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as its senior sales executive, large account dental sales, co-founded Optimum Health Inc., an alternative health care network and employee benefits company in Chicago and held market and network development positions for First Commonwealth, Inc.
