Our services include assistance with the planning, design, documentation, installation, monitoring and reporting of the employee benefit plans.

Cost

For qualifying businesses all of the benefit plan services are available without administrative charge. We are paid entirely by the third party service providers.

Other businesses - Services are available at a quoted fee based on the estimated time requirement for the service.

Qualification

Qualifying businesses are eligible for these services without a fee, based on a number of factors including:
  • business structure and employee demographics
  • Employee e-mail system
  • existing benefit plans
  • budget for benefits
  • ability to assign agent of record
Size of the business, industry and location are not significant factors in determining legibility.

Health reimbursement arrangement (HRA)

Freedom Benefits offers personal and professional employee benefit services that allow your small business to offer benefits that rival those of much larger companies.

 

Allows the employer to break free of the grip of rising health insurance costs by defining the level of financial contribution and allows employees to select the health benefits that give the greatest value. Employer solely controls the contributions.
