Fees for design and administrative consulting services are quoted on a comprehensive annual basis, typically at $150 per employee per year. Allowances are made for custimization of services.

Expanding the scope or number of options included in the benefit plan does not necessarily raise the administrative cost because some options are available without additional administrative charge because we may be paid by the third party service providers with your written authorization.
