Smart Accident Insurance helps with the of medical care resulting from accidents, allowing you can focus on getting care rather than worrying about paying these bills. Accidents can be as simple as twisting an ankle or as devastating as an automobile accident. This coverage may be used with any doctor or hospital.

Eligibility: individuals underage 65 who are not members of the armed forces.

Benefits: Maximum coverage ranging from $25,000 to $250,000 for medically necessary care due to accidents including hospital charges, out-patient services, physician services, surgery in a hospital or ambulatory surgical center, intensive care, x-ray, laboratory, ambulance and emergency room visits.

Deductible and Co-insurance: Deductible choices from $250 to $5,000. A co-insurance of up to 50% may be selected.

Coverage period: This insurance may be renewed indefinitely.

Exclusions & Limitations: This insurance does not cover Pre-existing conditions. Certification is required for some treatments. 

Benefits vary by state. Refer to your coverage document for specific terms and conditions.
