Effective July 31, 2010, Fairmont Simple STM will no longer be available. All current policies will remain active until they are canceled or expire. Fairmont Specialty has decided it in their best interest to discontinue offering Short Term Medical products in light of various factors including the passing of the Health Care Reform Bill.  Please use Markel Insurance Smart STM as a very similar alternative. This alterative offfers deductible options of: $250, $500, $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000, or $5,000; co-insurance options of: 100%, 80%, or 50%; length of coverage options: 1-3, 1-6, 1-12 months; $1 Million lifetime maximum with 100% online enrollment. Smart accident insurance offers optional additional coverage with up to $250,000 additional protection. Both offer next day coverage.
