Is Core Health Insurance plan available in Kansas? It was not listed but the information I saw was not up to date. I am a Realtor and could join that group, but 1st have to see if plan is available in Kansas.
OnlineAdviser responds:Unfortunately so many health plans have withdrawn from Kansas this year that the Web publishers haven’t kept up. None of the limited benefit or “mini-med” plans (Core Health Insurance is in this category) are available in Kansas. If you qualify for medical underwriting, the best option is a traditional major medical insurance.
Please see http://freedombenefits.net/health-insurance-exchange/Kansas-affordable-health-insurance-exchange.html for several of the low cost options like Celtic Insurance and UnitedHealthOne.
