This was suggested to me by my PCP in St. Elizabeths, Brighton, MA today. How is it from only my date of birth are they telling me I do not qualify?
OnlineAdviser responds:We do not handle enrollment support for Celticare of Massachusetts and are unable to answer your question. This specific insurance plan member services are handled separately from the Massachusetts insurance exchange and separately from Celtic Insurance in all other states. We are only able to support health plans that allow or are contracted with OnlineAdviserTM and some insurance companies prefer to handle their own member enrollment support services exclusively.
